St. John’s prayer shawl ministry, the Knorwood Knitters, is up and thriving! Our enthusiastic group of needle-workers now meets every Sunday at 9:00 am, in Sari’s office, to pray and make shawls that are then blessed by Sari and given to those in need of a blessing, embodied by the comfort of the shawl.
Parishioners are invited to take and give shawls to family, friends, and neighbors as a way to connect in love and let them know they are not alone. The basket of shawls is available on Sundays in the Parish Library; simply use the sheet to record your name and the number of shawls you're taking. (This will help us track inventory and know how many to make!)
All are welcome to join the group! Questions? Use the form below to contact Sandy Jolley.
